JUMPSTART PRogram

Value Creators is proud to have successfully delivered the  Women’s STEM Jumpstart Program, empowering rural women aged 18 and above to advance their skills and opportunities in STEM fields.

 

This impactful initiative was delivered in collaboration with the Rural, Regional, and Remote Women’s Network of WA (RRR Network), whose vision is to foster a diverse, strong, connected, and influential network of West Australian rural, regional, and remote women.

 

Funded by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women, this program represented a significant investment of over $5,000 per participant but was made accessible at a nominal fee of just $55, ensuring inclusivity and broad reach.

 

Participants attended a two-day workshop designed to enhance their STEM capacity and capabilities. Following the workshop, each participant was paired with a mentor to support their career planning, goal setting and development. Many participants have shared inspiring success stories, highlighting significant personal and professional growth as a direct result of the program.
