Since Since 2018 we have supported hundreds of people and businesses through structured coaching as well as designed, developed and delivered mentoring support to hundreds of individuals. Some examples follow:

Boosting Female Founders Program 2020 - 2025
Appointed to a panel of providers for the BFF program, delivering strategic business mentoring to female entrepreneurs from across Australia. Drought Rural Leaders Mentoring Program 2022 - 2023
Appointed as a Mentor as part of the wider Australian Rural Leadership Foundation to support rural based emerging leaders. Our Director Maree Gooch was also proud to participate as a Mentee and to join the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation Alumni. Please see the link to more information here.

STEM JumpStart career Leadership Program for rural women in Western Australia 2020-2024
Appointed by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women, this program, delivered as a scholarship and valued at $5000 per person, was designed, developed and delivered specifically aimed to improve skills and talents and to help support more than 200 women develop their own career leadership plan, coupled with pro-bono mentoring provided by generous and supportive women.
Delivery locations included Kununurra, Albany, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Northam, Karratha and Perth. Participants travelled hundreds of kms to attend. Importantly, we now recognise that STEM crosses over many industries, businesses and education pathways.

AgTech Mentoring Program 2019
Appointed by the Muresk Institute, with funding support from the Department of Training and Workforce Development, to design, develop and deliver a bespoke business planning program, and co-ordinate a group of hand-picked mentors who helped participants to focus on innovation and execution of projects related to the agriculture industry. Mentors provided their time and expertise pro-bono for ten amazing projects.
